Tim Bragg

Tim Bragg

Author, Songwriter, Drummer, Flautist, Guitarist, Singer Extraordinaire!

Tim Bragg began playing drums in 1977 (finally graduating from his mother’s knitting needles!). Since then he has also learnt and consequently performed guitar and flute. Tim also sings and writes his own songs.

As a drummer he has played many different styles of music including: rock, pop, heavy-rock, soul, reggae, punk, jazz and classical. Currently he plays jazz drums (occasionally flute) with the Steve Tucker All Stars.

Tim studied music at Middlesex University (Poly then!) and has played with many accomplished musicians – including the guitarists of Dr.Feelgood, The Edgar Broughton Band and most notable (though at a sound check) with Phil Lynott and Snowy White (ex-Pink Floyd).

Tim taught drums from 1984-1993 (and beyond) and song writing as part of a course at Stratford College (1997) – he has even taught guitar…

As fame and vast amounts of money have so far eluded him he still has both feet firmly on his pedals!
