Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

For all items we accept payment via credit and debit cards. We accept all major credit cards, except American Express & Dinners Club.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

CANCELATION
If you wish to cancel your purchase, please call us on 01823 660788. We reserve the right to charge a fee for credit / debit card processing of 3% for cancellation.
Shipping And Handling We are happy for you to collect your item(s) in person from our shop during normal opening hours free of charge.

Our Wellington (TA21) delivery service is available for all those living in the TA21 postcode area is a fixed charge of £10.

Delivery of small items less than 1Kg will be via the Royal Mail Recorded service at a cost of £5.

We use the Fedex courier fully-insured service for all other items with the charge depending on the weight of the item.

The usual shipping costs for the UK mainland are as follows:

Small keyboards, guitars, small amps less than a value of £169, the charge will be £10.
Drum kits, heavy amps, digital pianos, large keyboards and other heavy items, the charge will be £30.
For all other items, the charge will be £15.

Due to the way Fedex operates, there is a £15 surcharge for the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, All Scottish offshore islands, Isles of Scily and Northern Ireland.

If several items are ordered at the same time, the website will calculate a delivery charge based on the combined weight of the items. In the event that the delivery charge seems too large, please contact us on 01823 660788.

The delivery fee will be displayed before any payment is taken.

If a change of address is made after ordering, your order will be cancelled imediately and a refund will be issued. If in any doubt please call the customer support line 01823 660788 during office hours (Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5:00pm).

We will only deliver items once we have received the payment in full for your order.

Delivery Schedule All in-stock items will be sent out for next working day delivery. Orders received before 11am will be sent out same day if received Monday to Friday.

Delivery times for all other items will be 5 to 7 working days after receiving payment.

If for any reason we can't send out any ordered item, we will contact you via email to let you know what the delivery time is likely to be. You will have the choice of cancelling your order with a full refund or continuing with your order, the items being delivered when possible.
Back Orders For all out of stock items, an expected schedule will be communicated on receipt of order via email. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security Credit card details are handled by PROTX which uses 128 bit encryption SSL which ensures that your details are secure at all times. These details are only decrypted by PROTX and payments are then transferred to our bank account. They are not held in clear text on any web site. If you find any other person organisation asking for you to register your credit card details using our name, please contact us immediately. We will never ask for credit card details or passwords via email.

If you at all unsure about the security of our credit card facilities, please contact us on 01823 660788 within office hours (Mon to Fri 9:15am to 5:15am) to pay for your order.
Guarantee Goods returned within 7 days in the original condition and packaging my be exchanged, or a credit note issued. The customer is liable for all delivery charges for the return. Delivery charge refunds are NOT AVAILABLE.

If you are not satisfied with the manufacturing quality of the product when received, we must be informed within 7 days. Please email shop@tedturnermusic.co.uk or call our customer helpline 01823 660788.

All brand new products shipped come complete with a 12 month guarantee / warranty. Your guarantee / warranty begins on the date of purchase. Your Ted Turner Music receipt is proof of purchase and serves as your guarantee / warranty. If you have a problem with your item within the first 12 months please email us at shop@tedturnermusic.co.uk or call our customer help line 01823 660788. Some items have extended warranties and this is indicated at the time of purchase.

For used products, the guarantee is for 3 months only.

If a fault develops within guarantee / warranty period and can be verified by us, we will either replace or repair the product. If we can not replace it, we will refund the price of the product.

In most cases, we do not refund postage, package or other delivery charges.
